Fabienne Toback
Fabienne is a Peabody Award-winning Creative Executive Producer working at the intersection of food, culture, and identity-driven storytelling. With Hey Sistah Productions, Fabienne helped shape some of the most culturally significant food documentaries of recent years, including the landmark Netflix series High on the Hog. The series earned a Peabody Award, two NAACP Image Awards, and an AAFCA Award, and sparked a national conversation around the African American roots of American cuisine.
Her work spans premium documentary, branded storytelling, and editorial video for platforms including Netflix, PBS/GBH, The New York Times’ T Magazine, and Food & Wine, where her series The City That Rice Built earned an ASME Award. Her work has also been recognized by the James Beard Awards, International Documentary Association, The New York Times, The New Yorker, and The Wall Street Journal, amongst others. She has also partnered with companies such as Hello Sunshine!, Lionsgate Television, and RoundGlass, bringing both creative leadership and strategic vision to a wide range of projects.
Based in Paris, Fabienne brings a bicultural lens to her work, shaped by her Swiss-American background and a deep belief in storytelling as a way to connect across cultures.

Jefferson Burruss
Jefferson is an award-winning creative marketing executive and brand storyteller with more than two decades building compelling content at the intersection of digital media, lifestyle, culture, and commerce. Most recently, as Senior Director of Digital Brand at Sleep.com, he launched a category-defining editorial and marketing platform from the ground up — leading brand identity, social media, and editorial teams, building a two-million-reader audience, and producing two award-winning podcasts and the web series “Sleeping Around with Dr. Chris Winter.”
His career spans some of the most recognized agencies in advertising — GSD&M, DDB Worldwide, and Tribal DDB — with clients including Southwest Airlines, The U.S. Air Force, Activision, (PRODUCT) RED, and Stand Up 2 Cancer. He began his career at Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles.
Jefferson lives and works in Austin, Texas.
